Detail Itinerary of Jomsom Muktinath Trek |
Days 1 : Take the
breathtaking flight to Jomsom 2800m. passing all the Annapurna
Ranges from Pokhara. You will land just behind the Dhaulagiri
Mountain in the lap of Nilgiri. Start trekking towards the great
town Kagbeni following the Kaligandaki River which will be
challenging and amazing walking with the wind. Visit the 500 years
old Buddhist monastery in the town . Overnight stay in the Lodge
in Kagbeni. |
Days 2 : After Breakfast
Trek toward the Muktinath temple. You will climb this day and
Lunch in Jharkot. Visit Muktinath Temple in the evening and
overnight stay in the Muktinath. This is the place situated in the
lap of the Great Thorong La which is the major and challenging
attraction of the Annpurna Mandala Trekking. You can enjoy the
Pony ride in this day. |
Days 3 : Trek to Jomsom
leaving the Tibetan Platue and great memory of Muktinath temple
behind. Arrive Jomsom and Tour of town in the evening if you have
time left. Here is Eco Museum and Jomsom Mountain Resort the Super
Deluxe Hotel in the mountain to tour. |
Days 4 : Early in the
morning fly back to Pokhara and transfer to the Hotel. |
